Junior Account Manager Wanted – BGA Partners
Key responsibilities include;
– Define the identity of brands (positioning, brand territory, tone of voice)
– Define product content and branding optimization priorities
– Analyse market trends and customer needs, and help define product evolution
– Brief and project manage brand activities online and offline through internal creative teams to deadline and within budget
– Assist in new product launches and execution of marketing materials
– Report on the development of the brand through regular monitoring of results across research, competitor and performance metrics (including brand surveys, social media monitoring, web trends, marketing KPIs)
Requirements:
– 1 + years experience in Brand management
– Coordinating high reach brand and marketing campaigns end to end across online and offline channels, specifically managing the creative production process and budget
– Demonstration of structured thought process, strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
– Experience working with creative and media partners
– Strong presentation skills
– Excellent written communication skills, specific experience writing briefs, reviewing creatives and providing constructive feedback
– Ability to prioritise accordingly, set expectations and meet deadlines
– Performance-oriented mindset with a keen understanding of business KPIs and success measurement of digital / brand campaigns
– Experience working across multiple communications channels – especially digital channel
