In 2008, we started providing services in information sector as NOC Bilişim. In the process of becoming a corporate structure, we started our practices in mid-2015 and completed by joining DRAF Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Turizm A.Ş. in 2016 with the self funding $ 250.000.

The very first time that we entered the sector, we have been providing innovative services with the purpose of enabling our country to compete globally and reduce foreign dependency in the field of Information Technologies.

For all projects that were developed in different sectors until present day, we were very sensitive about innovation, high technology, quality and customer satisfaction issues.

Now we aim to use the technology, platform and skills we gained from the R&D practices of different projects developed until present within our organization, in tourism sector as well.

Therefore, in the beginning of 2016, we decided to establish a B2B Online Reservation system called bedsclick.com; which will supply the needs of travel agencies and enable them to reach different Bed Bank data sources through one platform, compare, reserve, and purchase.

Fully developed by our own software team, bedsclick.com has started providing services in tourism sector and even in the development process, bedsclick.com has received full marks from the sector professionals on our presentations and drew investors’ attention with the technologies used in its technical structure.

We are looking for a talented full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing team in our Developer Office. You will be joining a small and collaborative team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for our internal and user-facing dashboards and APIs, our backend apps which is mostly coded with Golang. You will be developing in the areas of micro-services, cloud integration, scaling, performance, docker/kubernetes. You will find Golang, Angular, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kafka in our tech stack.

In this role, you will:

·      Work as part of a talented team

·      Build and maintain from our Angular front end through to our RESTful Go APIs

·      Develop new commercial features from our Product Backlog

·      Prototype new ideas and explore new solutions to the growing list of challenges the team is responsible for

Requirements

·      Proficient in one of Go, Python or Java

·      Smart, quick learning, and able to get things done

·      BS in Computer Science or related field

·      Basic Understanding of *nix and the command line tools

·      A strong work ethic and willingness to continuously improve

·      Comfortable with Linux tools and environments

·      Working source control knowledge including branching, merging, and rebasing (we use git)

Bonus Points

·      Experience with Angular

·      Continuous delivery, test automation

·      Experience on Golang

·      Github and/or Stack Overflow footprint

·      Experience on designing, consuming, or implementing RESTful and grpc services

·      Experience on building scalable systems using cloud infrastructure

·      Experience with key-value data stores

·      Expert-level JavaScript skills

·      Expert in HTML & CSS

·      Strong relational and nosql database skills

Company Description

We are trying to be a big part of the fastest growing travel tech industry, BEDSCLICK is based on Istanbul, has a sales office at European side and a developer office located at Asian side. We are building hotel reservation systems for travel agencies, and hoteliers which is already trusted by more than 1000 travel agencies and hoteliers in Turkey and abroad.
