Required Qualifications and Job Description

Over 3 years of experience in marketing communications
Ready for a shift from agency environments to a brand-focused role for more dedicated work
Equipped to support and provide timely updates to the director
Has a strong command of MS Excel, among with other Office applications
Capable of preparing and presenting presentations
Fluent in English with skills in writing and grammar on par with Turkish
Tasked with developing and rolling out the marketing and communications playbook for the brand
Championing market research efforts and custom survey design
Manages connections with all the creative minds and shops out there, including those in research and media buying
Works hand in glove with the internal team, making sure campaigns hit the mark as per the marketing blueprint
Looks after the budget, tunes up the marketing rhythm, and ensures content ticks all the boxes alongside global HQ
Experience in real estate would be a major plus
Comes up with fresh ideas and kicks off projects that resonate with the brand’s vibe and strategic vision
