Qualifications;
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields
Minimum 3 years of technical analysis experience,
Fluent in English, both written & spoken,
Knowledge of business analysis process, methodologies and test methodologies,
Good knowledge and experience in PHP and MySQL
iOS & Android development processes knowledge (optional)
Highly effective time management and multitasking skills,
Good communicator, team player
Responsibilities;
Answering and troubleshooting daily questions, finding solutions to issues submitted via email
Investigating issues using design documents, logs, databases or the codebase & figure out the root
causes.
Collecting insights, conveying them to the right people and helping the Member Happiness team prioritize
the roadmap
Providing technical trainings to Member Happiness team
