Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced front-end software team lead to take ownership in building our large scale no-code application development platform
- We are looking for an experienced front-end software team lead who will provide technical leadership to the team by providing feedback on architecture, design, code as well as helping make technical choices
- We are looking for an experienced front-end software team lead who will define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the team’s delivery and development processes.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience, 1+ years of it as a software team leader
- Recruiting, mentoring, and leading an effective software engineering team
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Developing, testing, documenting, and releasing end-to-end features and post-deployment site monitoring
- Writing high-quality code, planning and performing code reviews for the rest of the team
- Working closely with other team leads, developers to define interfaces and integration points.
- Mentoring team members in software development best practices and processes
- Researching and evaluating new technologies that may improve our processes or codebases
- High knowledge of good practices, preferred design patterns and writing idiomatic Javascript code
- High Experience with web application technologies including HTTP, HTML5, CSS3.
- High experience in following javascript frameworks and relevant libraries (Vue.js or React.js, Native Vue, Vuex or Redux, NodeJS)
- High experience in application state management with state managers, preferably Vuex or Redux
- Experience with style pre/post processors (PostCSS, SCSS, LESS, Stylus etc)
- Experience on ES6+ and babel transpiler
- Experience with ES Lint and other code quality tools
- Experience in front-end tooling with webpack
- High Knowledge of OOP, SOLID Principles, and Microservice Patterns
- High Experience with CI/CD and related tools like Git, Gitlab CI or Sonar
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
