At Picksoft, we are looking for a Senior/Mid Product Owner who is eager to learn and the possibility to grow.
We have interesting and challenging projects for big international clients. We are building awesome products
with international teams across the world. There will be time to collaborate with teams in Belgium, Dubai, and so on.
There is plenty of room for personal and career development. Plus, we are using the latest tech stacks from .net core to Vue/ReactJS.

Job Description
As a Product Owner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Development team and work with Software Engineers and UX Designer. You will be the linking pin between the dedicated development team and the rest of Picksoft. You make sure all necessary information is shared and transferred among the teams and stakeholders; understand their business needs, translate requirements, the roadmap, and successfully manage your domain.
You will judge and challenge functional requirements with your peers on their fit with our product strategy and market practice. Next to that, you will take care of prioritizing stories from the backlog and guide them through the test phase and implementation process.
Technical leadership and line management of the team
Supply and demand management of resources including project allocation and resource forecasting Identification of teams’ training and development needs and strategies.
Consolidate data into user stories and necessary product requirements
Ensure product aligns with company mission and goal
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years’ experience in a software product management role
- Excellent skills in writing, speaking, and communication in English.
- Knowledge of UX/UI practices and an eye for design
- Previous experience in SQL and relational database concepts
- Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology
- Familiarity with project management tools/software (Jira, Confluence)
