We are a funded and SaaS startup in ed-tech industry, specialized in adult and workplace learning. Since our humble beginnings in the late 2017’s, we have started to work with over 25 enterprise customers from finance to retail, pharma to utilities. Rootie has a mission of turning the adult learning process into a more engaging and effective experience. We achieved success in the Turkish corporate training market and the time for global scaling has arrived. We are now looking for team players in this exciting journey and are thrilled to welcome our new teammates.
The office is located at ODTÜ Teknokent although working at home is ok till the pandemic threat is over.
What do we expect?
- Experience in developing React Native for mobile / React.js for web applications
- 3+ years of experience in developing user-facing features
- Strong proficiency in using ES6/JavaScript programming language
- Experience in using Redux.js and integrating it in a React.js
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in building web applications
- Experience delivering mobile applications to both Android Play Store and Apple AppStore
- Debugging and fixing bugs across our applications; identifying, evaluate and communicate front-end best practices
- A portfolio with a consumer-facing or enterprise SaaS products is a great plus
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations
- Working in harmony with the design and backend teammates to create customer-facing interfaces
- Ability to share different perspectives, new ideas, while being involved in the conception, development, and maintenance of enhancements and new features
- Graduation from (BSc, MSc) in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics or another equivalent field
- No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least two years
