We are looking for Senior Backend Developer to join our Software Development Team.

Required Experience:

5+ years with backend technologies such as PHP and / or 2+ years Python
Experince with one of Zend, Symfony or Laravel frameworks
Knowledge of microservices
Knowledge of design patterns, object oriented ve Event Based programing
Experience with modern server components (Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch).
Knowledge of RESTful architecture
Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like JIRA and Git

Desired Experience:

Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies
Experience with local development tools like Vagrant or Docker
Strong understanding of common Git workflows
Experience with application debuggers and profilers

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Design, estimate, and code new features
Architect new applications, and expand existing ones
Define, document, and enforce engineering standards
Perform code reviews
Mentor junior engineers
Participate in software design discussions
Participate in sprint planning and other project management meetings
Ensure all code that goes to production is of top quality
Ensure existing applications are scaled to meet expected demand
Identify and fix gaps in system reliability, such as production monitoring
