Job Brief

We are looking for versatile software developers with experience in frontend and backend development. You will be working with our UI/UX designers, backend, frontend and mobile engineers to drive technical requirements of our flagship products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, reusable and scalable code that can be shared across multiple domains
  • Have a passion for designing and building effective user workflows, targeting customer needs
  • Engaging in a test-driven approach: verifying the functionality of code and components through implementation of unit and integration tests.
  • Ability to work with a fast paced environment
  • Contribute to and receive code review from peers
  • Work directly with stakeholders for requirements gathering and development goals
  • Work closely with our project managers to bring requirements to completion
  • Have desire to work with cutting edge technologies like React, Go, Node.js or similar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CE, EEE, CTIS or similar field and related work experience
  • Experience working with REST APIs / Soap web services
  • Experience with cloud services; Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Services
  • Experience in designing and implementing high-quality, well-tested, and production-ready software from initial development to ongoing, scalable, production operation.
  • Experience with Linux servers and familiarity with Linux shells.
  • Good grasp of software design and design principles.
  • Experience in designing and implementing high-quality, well-tested, and production-ready software from initial development to ongoing, scalable, production operation.
  • Experience in version control flows in software developing and familiarity with vesrion control tools such as GitHub, GitLab etc.
  • For frontend developer candidates:
  • At least 3+ years experience as a developer, working with modern technology stack:
  • Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following modern JavaScript frameworks is a must: React, Vue.js, Ember, Meteor
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.
  • Experience working with web sockets (Socket.io)
  • Experience working with modules bundlers such as Webpack, Parcel, Rollup.
  • Strong CSS skills, experience working with CSS pre-compilers (Sass, Less etc.)
  • For backend developer candidates:
  • At least 3+ years experience as a developer, working with modern technology stack:
  • Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following modern languages is a must: Go, Node.js
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following modern DB structures is a must: Redis, Mongo, Elasticsearch
  • Experience in working with container environments (Docker) for development, shipping and deployment of software.
  • Experience in working with containerized software/microservices management platform such as Kubernetes.
  • Any previous work or code you can provide, specifically your GitHub profile or similar open source contribution examples will help a lot during the interview process.
